HRXchange is a forum created and hosted by HBJ Gately Wareing, Mercer, Penna and Perfect Arc, to provide professionals with the opportunity to meet, exchange experiences and knowledge in a relaxed informal setting.

HRXchange organise a number of events for HR professionals, and details of these upcoming events will appear on this website.

Our Next Event

HRXchange invite you to attend a half day workshop event covering the following areas: -Delegates will be split into small groups and will attend workshops covering the following areas:

1. Collective Redundancy – overcoming the obstacles! – This session will guide delegates through the practical considerations of conducting a collective redundancy programme;

2. Talented Employees Need Even Better Managers – Working Futures – a workshop looking at talent retention and development in a recession with a particular emphasis on the importance of Generational Diversity.

3. Benefits World: World of Change – This session will provide an overview of various employee benefits and the impact of unprecedented economic conditions and fiscal change.

The subject areas will be covered in small groups in a workshop style environment and give delegates the opportunity to share experiences, debate the changes and ask questions.

This event is being held on:

• Thursday 25 June at HBJ Gateley Wareing LLP, One Eleven, Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2HJ; and
• Tuesday 30 June at HBJ Gateley Wareing LLP, City Gate East, Tollhouse Hill, Nottingham NG1 5FS

Registration with tea and coffee will be at 9.00 am and the sessions will commence at 9.30 am. The event will conclude at 12.30 pm at which time delegates are welcome to continue discussions over a buffet lunch.
