HRXchange held a half day Managing Talent Update Workshop on Tuesday 24 June.

Delegates attended workshops covering:

  • Perception, Reality and Transition - balancing business needs with individual change.
  • Managing Talent - the 4G organisation
 

The subject areas were covered in small groups in a workshop style environment and gave delegates the opportunity to share experiences, debate the issues and ask questions."
